Once you select a frame and visit the store, you can directly show your SpexMojo Frame Id to the store executive and pay for the frame. We will then send the same to the Lens Lab/Warehouse for processing.
You will also receive confirmation via Email/SMS at every step of the process. The base timelines are given below:

Once your eyewear reaches the store, SpexMojo will update you via Email/Call. You can then visit the store at your convenience & pick your eyewear. This process usually takes about 3-5 days depending upon the region & other logistic conditions.
Note: Certain unforeseen conditions might result in delayed deliveries e.g.: Political restrictions/disruptions, unfavorable weather conditions, epidemic, logistic issues/technicalities beyond the purview of SpexMojo etc. SpexMojo shall make reasonable efforts to inform customers about the anticipated delay (if any) via Email / SMS.
