SpexMojo offers 14-Day Return Policy for all its customers.
Returns are validated by the stores from where customer has purchased the product from. In the rare circumstance of customer returning the product due to any valid reason whatsoever, we will process the refund of the reservation amount paid by the user and intimate the user about the same on further updates.
Refund Terms:
Refunds, if any, will always be processed by SpexMojo to customer’s respective bank account or the banking instrument (via credit/debit card) from which the payment was made for orders against SpexMojo Id.
Refund for all COD payments will be in the form of bank transfers.
It takes 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed by SpexMojo. This includes time for quality check at the store, product being sent to the lens lab, quality inspection at the lens lab, confirmation & refund initiation.

In the event of a reservation/offer deal getting cancelled by the seller/store, we will notify the user via valid means of communication. SpexMojo shall not be obligated to provide any alternate reservation in lieu of or to compensate or replace the unconfirmed reservation. All subsequent reservations will be treated as new reservations.
SpexMojo is only intimating/informing customers of a particular deal/offer/product available at the stores near you. The customer shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and other valid expenses borne at the store. SpexMojo shall not be liable in any circumstance.
